Based in Kyiv, Hyphen Dash is a musical endeavor helmed by Misha Birchenko (drums), Daniel Zubkov (keyboards, electronics), and Zhenya Puhachov (guitar, bass guitar). Their fusion of hip-hop, jazz, electronica, and prog-rock is an exploration of instrumental music.
With a penchant for experimentation, they’ve released a live EP, collaborated with both Ukrainian and international artists, and even won a prestigious competition in 2021. Their sold-out concerts in Kyiv garnered widespread acclaim, showcasing their ability to catch attention of the audiences. Currently, Hyphen Dash is gearing up for their next big project—a new album and music video collaboration with Kyiv-based street artists SOCIA.
