From winning the prestigious Steve Strange Award at The Great Escape to performing at major festivals across Europe, this Faroese group has quickly made a name for itself on the international music scene. Formed by Eyðfinn B. Lamhauge, Dania O. Tausen, and Trygvi Danielsen—each with experience in other renowned projects—AGGRASOPPAR blends captivating soundscapes and bold performances that have resonated with audiences across multiple countries.
Their 2023 EP døgurðaslang and 2024’s MIDNÁTTARSANG have received widespread praise, forming a highly regarded full-length album that has earned multiple FMA nominations. Known for their dynamic stage presence, the band has produced concert films showcasing both their eccentric and intimate qualities. Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned, a documentary from their 2024 UK tour, further highlights their journey. With a new album scheduled for 2025, in collaboration with the award-winning dance collective RIVA, AGGRASOPPAR continues to solidify their place as one of Europe’s most exciting acts.
