Artistic director of Welcome to the Village festival – a three day pop and performing arts festival in the very north of the Netherlands, with a keen focus on ‘the world of tomorrow’; sustainability, equality and care ar key elements in the organization and program of the festival. Eva is also programme coordinator for Explore the North festival and Roze Zaterdag 2021 in Leeuwarden. In the nighttime she makes really loud music in the band BlackboxRed, whom have toured quite a bit through Europe in the past years. All this with a focus on queering and activism in order to realize projects with broader perspectives and new frameworks.
