Ludek is a promoter, marketer, booker, and the director of Ameba Production. The agency organizes Rock for People, Prague Summer Festival, the family-friendly Kefir, the Prague Music Week showcase, and the RFP Concerts series, promoting approximately 100 headline shows annually.
Last year, Rock for People celebrated its 30th anniversary, cementing its status as one of the Czech Republic’s premier festivals with a lineup of over 200 artists and an attendance of over 50,000 fans.
Before transitioning to the live music industry, Ludek spent over 20 years in marketing leadership roles at Google, McKinsey & Company, and HSBC.
