David Čajčík

David wears several hats within the industry, blending roles as a concert promoter, booker, curator, journalist, and lecturer. Co-founding Heartnoize Promotion in 2013, an acclaimed Czech concert agency honored with the Vinyla Award, he has been instrumental in introducing numerous global alternative acts to the Czech Republic. Noteworthy events such as the Moody Moon Noize festival, Beseda festival, and the Jednota, Šelest, and glitter.hit series bear his creative imprint, showcasing his penchant for crafting often site-specific, boutique, or forward-thinking musical experiences.
Beyond his role at Heartnoize, David has served as a booker for Prague’s iconic Roxy club since 2018, and he contributes to the programming team at the newly re-established ARCHA+ venue.
He holds a degree in Film Production from FAMU and a Master of Arts in Global Entertainment & Music Business from Berklee College of Music. David occasionally contributes to Full Moon magazine and shares his knowledge as a lecturer for the Music Event Management course on the SKVT online platform. He also serves on the programming board of SoundCzech and has participated in panels at events such as Eurosonic, MENT, Nouvelle Prague, and Sharpe. Outside of the music realm, he is a certified mountain leader, showcasing not only musical but also landscape horizons to those who share his passions.
