Diana Dadonova

Diana Dadonova is CEO of Na Yii Osnovi (“Based On”), an independent Ukrainian music initiative supporting over 100 artists, songwriters, and producers based in Ukraine. In just one year, the organization has established a sustainable business model enabling strategic planning independent of grant funding while delivering grant programs, songwriting camps, and capacity-building initiatives for Ukraine’s creative sector.
Previously, Diana served as project manager at Music Export Ukraine and led all communications at the Eastern European Music Academy (2023-2024), an educational program empowering young artists across Eastern Europe and the Baltic States. With over four years of experience as a local promoter and festival curator, she has spoken and participated at international conferences and showcase festivals being a Ukrainian culture ambassador (Mastering the Music Business, WOMEX, Andalucia Music Forum, Waves Vienna, ESNS etc).
