Hailing from Detva, Vojtík is one of the most distinctive new voices on the Slovak music scene. His 2023 single Detviansky sen captured widespread attention, resonating far beyond his hometown and marking him as an artist to watch.
His debut album Kvety z Podpoľania earned critical acclaim and won the Debut of the Year award at Rádiohlavy 2023, confirming his ability to translate personal storytelling into songs with national impact. In November last year, he followed up with his second studio album MESSIASH IX, which also received a nomination in the jury category, further cementing his position among Slovakia’s most compelling young artists.
Never standing still, Vojtík is currently preparing a new EP titled Prince Timmy. Inspired by Japanese pop and hyperpop, the upcoming release promises a bold sonic shift, blending emotional intensity with playful, genre-bending production.
