Drizzle AV live is a hybrid performance rooted in reinterpretations of folk tales from the Krušné Hory region, collected by Jaroslav Achab Haidler as a mythical imprint of the Czech-German borderlands. Each story is bound to a specific site – rough, dark, and unembellished – echoing a terrain shaped by layered histories, industrial remnants, and the blurred line between reality and myth.
These stories became entry points for collecting audiovisual traces: field recordings captured across valleys and ruins, fragments of sound and space dissolved into granular textures and bass-driven structures. The hammered dulcimer, played live by Polina Khatsenka (mʊdʌki), anchors the performance in embodied resonance – bridging post-folklore sound with contemporary club aesthetics.
