Lisa Schoemaker (she/her) is a seasoned professional in the cultural and music sector. She has developed talent programs and worked as a promoter and (tour) manager before joining the booking team at Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS), a leading European showcase festival and music conference in Groningen, The Netherlands.
At ESNS, Lisa focuses on booking international speakers and curating discussions in collaboration with European partners. Her work aims to create a relevant and impactful program for music industry professionals, fostering a more sustainable, inclusive, healthy, and connected European music sector.
