Miran Rusjan

Miran has been active on the independent music scene in different roles for more than two decades, which gives him broad insight and understanding of the music habitat. In 2004 he founded the record label Moonlee Records, one of the most important labels in ex-Yugoslavia region (Repetitor, KOIKOI, Borghesia, Bernays Propaganda, Žen, Seine, Moveknowledgement…), which later expanded into Moonlee Booking agency. On top, he is a promoter in Ljubljana for domestic and international acts.
Miran is also the conference manager of MENT Ljubljana. He is also a board member of RUNDA – Regional Association of Independent Discographers Balkans. In the last few years he participated as speaker at various music conferences like Eurosonic Noorderslag, AIM London, Sharpe Bratislava, BUSH Budapest, PIN Skopje, etc.
